Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from TheGOATVault.

Please contact us at sohilpalan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item.

T-shirts may be exchanged for another available size if they are unused, unwashed and returned with their original packaging. Return shipping for a size exchange will be paid by the customer. If we sent an incorrect or defective product, we will cover the return cost.

Our clay products and keychains may be handmade, so minor variations in colour, shape or finish are natural and are not considered defects.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
